Just added all new house photos. We are about 90% setup how we want. We have majority of everything unpacked, just a matter of getting all the decorations we plan on getting and some minor things needed around the house.

Ryan got in some of the pictures also!

Ryan’s first Visit to Zoo

We took Ryan on his first visit to the zoo a couple weeks ago! And we got rear ended on the way there… Ugh. Don’t worry, everyone is okay! It spooked all three of us, but Ryan was fine, and Amanda had a little bump.

The person that hit us was arrested onsite for missing court, and other contraband was found in her car. We had some bumper damage, but otherwise we were fine. Look at the new Escape in action!

We still went to the zoo and had fun. Ryan made it most of the time, and he loved the PENGUINS!!! We should have gone back but he passed out there toward the end. And Amanda ran over some big old peacock poo with the stroller, idiot!

New Christmas pictures are out! Eventually we will get the Christmas morning video out there, just been busy!

Christmas was crazy. Crazy snow all night caused our apartment complex to have everyone snowed in and out for that. Just our apartment complex. Christmas was at our apartment this year for Ryan’s first christmas. All Family got almost here, and after getting stuck multiple times, they parked a couple blocks away and carried the presents through the snow. My family was troopers and I am proud of them to tough it out, thanks for everyones effort!

Bowling like the pro’s!

So Amanda and I decided a while back to get in the habit of going to the Pizza Bowl every Wednesday night, and bowl the great deal they have on base.

The Pizza Bowl is this: From 5pm-9pm all you can eat pizza, all you can drink soda, and all you can bowl for $11 a person. That is ridiculous!

We bowl an average of about 10 games a night if it’s just us two, or maybe 7 if we go with her brother and his girl friend. We have been doing this for about maybe month and half, two months. I have gotten a new ball since then. Got Amanda a ball, shoes, and a bag. So were all decked out.

Well tonight I had a wicked awesome night! I had 3 200+ games as I did last week. I also had two 190-200 Games. My 10 game average was 191. I also beat my high score which was 226 way back in the day. I got a 234! This 234 was also my first all symbol game (all spares and strikes) which got me super excited… Then… The next game. I had a spare, 7 strikes in a row! Then had a mix of two more spares and strikes for a 246 high game!!!! Wahoooo. Two all symbol games, two high score breakers, it was awesome!

Just thought I would share.

Well after recreating my (this) website, I myself have become a user of Picassa Web Albums. I have integrated into my site in my Pictures page and it works phenomonally.

testing new picture gallery

So I have recently started using picasa web galleries to post many images of Ryan for family, as they cannot get enough photos! Picasa turned out to be pretty sweet in general, recommended to replace general image viewer, and general image touch up software, it works extremely well for the features it has. Simply put all the features it has, its much more convenient for even myself to do in Picasa, and sometimes works better, than opening up Photoshop and doing them in there (which I have a profound knowledge of).

All that being said, I have found this cool plugin called Shashin, to allow for cool picture galleries which are called for the Picasa Web Galleries, and I can customize these to a certain point. There are some glitches, and updates I needed to make, mostly do to the fact my site is entirely ajax now, however I have it all up and running and is pretty smooth. Check out some examples below.
